Our purpose
Most advice about frontier and fragile markets falls into one of two camps: confident strategy decks that under-weight risk, or risk reports that never translate into a decision. We were built to close that gap.
We combine the rigour of strategy and corporate finance — feasibility studies, business cases, market entry strategy — with genuine, holistic risk expertise drawn from working in opaque and unstable environments. The result is advice that is both commercially serious and grounded in reality.
